    The best ways to maintain asphalt are to keep clean from debris, moss, dirt and grime such as oil as needed. Asphalt patching and crack sealing to avoid furthing damaging the asphalt and maintaining the overall integrity of the surface. Reseal the asphalt every 3-5 years is best.
